for AI日記メイカー (AI Diary Maker)

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Rubra Systems（以下「当組織」）が提供するスマートフォン用アプリケーション「AI日記メイカー」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。 ユーザーの皆様（以下「ユーザー」）には、本規約に従って本アプリをご利用いただきます。

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the smartphone application "AI Diary Maker" (hereinafter referred to as "this App") provided by Rubra Systems (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization"). Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use this App in accordance with these Terms.

第1条（適用）

Article 1 (Applicability)

本規約は、ユーザーと当組織との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。

These Terms shall apply to all relationships related to the use of this App between the User and the Organization.

第2条（利用登録）

Article 2 (Registration)

本アプリは、利用開始時に自動的に匿名のユーザーIDを発行します。ユーザーは、本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

This App automatically issues an anonymous User ID upon the start of use. By using this App, the User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

第3条（有料プラン・サブスクリプション）

Article 3 (Paid Plans & Subscriptions)

1. 本アプリの一部機能は、有料のサブスクリプション（定期購入）プランでのみ利用可能です。
2. 利用料金は、Google Play または App Store の決済システムを通じて請求されます。
3. 自動更新: 定期購入は、有効期間終了の24時間前までに解約されない限り、自動的に更新されます。
4. 解約方法: アプリをアンインストールしても定期購入は解約されません。Google Play ストアまたは App Store のアカウント設定画面から解約手続きを行う必要があります。

1. Certain features of this App are available only through paid subscription plans.
2. Fees will be billed via the Google Play or App Store payment system.
3. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. Cancellation: Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel via your Google Play Store or App Store account settings.

第4条（禁止事項）

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

Users must not engage in the following acts when using this App.

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 当組織または第三者のサーバーやネットワークの機能を破壊したり、妨害したりする行為
• 当組織のサービスの運営を妨害するおそれのある行為
• 他のユーザーに関する個人情報等を収集または蓄積する行為
• 不正アクセスをし、またはこれを試みる行為
• 反社会的勢力に対して直接または間接に利益を供与する行為
• 広告の表示を不正に回避、または操作する行為

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Organization's or third parties' servers or networks.
• Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Organization's services.
• Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information about other users.
• Acts of unauthorized access or attempts thereof.
• Acts of providing benefits directly or indirectly to antisocial forces.
• Acts of improperly avoiding or manipulating the display of advertisements.

第5条（広告の表示）

Article 5 (Advertisements)

本アプリの無料版においては、第三者が提供する広告が表示されます。ユーザーは、本アプリの利用において広告が表示されることに同意するものとします。

Advertisements provided by third parties are displayed in the free version of this App. The User agrees to the display of advertisements in the use of this App.

1. 広告の配信: 本アプリは、Google AdMobを使用して広告を配信しています。広告の内容、表示方法、配信タイミングは、広告配信事業者によって決定されます。
2. 広告の管理: ユーザーは、端末の設定から広告IDのリセットやパーソナライズド広告の無効化を行うことができます。ただし、広告の表示自体を完全に停止することはできません（有料版へのアップグレードにより広告を非表示にできます）。
3. 広告に関する免責: 当組織は、広告の内容、正確性、適法性、または広告に含まれるリンク先の情報について一切の責任を負いません。広告をクリックしたことにより生じた損害についても、当組織は責任を負いません。
4. 広告の変更: 当組織は、事前の通知なく、広告の表示方法や配信事業者を変更することができます。

1. Ad Delivery: This App uses Google AdMob to deliver advertisements. The content, display method, and delivery timing of advertisements are determined by the ad delivery provider.
2. Ad Management: Users can reset their advertising ID or disable personalized ads through their device settings. However, it is not possible to completely stop ad display (ads can be hidden by upgrading to the paid version).
3. Disclaimer regarding Advertisements: The Organization assumes no responsibility for the content, accuracy, legality, or information on linked sites in advertisements. The Organization is not liable for any damages resulting from clicking on advertisements.
4. Changes to Advertisements: The Organization may change the display method or ad delivery provider without prior notice.

本アプリの回答や要約は、人工知能（AI）によって自動生成されます。当組織は、生成された情報の正確性、完全性、有用性、特定目的への適合性について一切の保証を行いません。 また、本アプリが提供するメンタルヘルスに関するフィードバックは、医療的なアドバイスや診断を代替するものではありません。心身の不調を感じる場合は、専門の医療機関にご相談ください。

Responses and summaries in this App are automatically generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI). The Organization makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the generated information. Furthermore, mental health feedback provided by this App is not a substitute for medical advice or diagnosis. Please consult a medical professional if you feel unwell.

第7条（サービス内容の変更等）

Article 7 (Changes to Service)

当組織は、ユーザーに通知することなく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を中止することができるものとし、これによってユーザーに生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。

The Organization may change the contents of this App or discontinue its provision without notice to the User, and shall not be liable for any damages caused to the User thereby.

第8条（利用規約の変更）

Article 8 (Changes to Terms)

当組織は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。変更後の利用規約は、本ウェブサイトに掲載された時点で効力を生じるものとします。

The Organization may change these Terms at any time without notice to the User if deemed necessary. The modified Terms shall become effective upon being posted on this website.

第9条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当組織の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute regarding this Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Organization shall be the exclusive agreed court of jurisdiction.
