Rubra Systems（以下「当組織」）は、提供するスマートフォンアプリ「Kokoro Diary」（以下「本アプリ」）における、ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

• 認証ID: Firebase Authenticationにより発行される匿名のユーザーID。

• Input Data: Diary text and chat content entered by the user. These are sent to Google's servers for AI analysis and summarization.
• Usage Data: Statistical info such as app launches, feature usage, and crash logs.
• Device Info: OS version, device model, etc.
• Auth ID: Anonymous user ID issued by Firebase Authentication.
